Theis Final report

This final report reviews previous studies and concludes a year long analysis and redesign of the building systems that make up The Caribbean Hotel.  Goals and design objectives which have influenced the design and decision making throughout this project include improving energy performance, reducing system operating costs, and promoting sustainability.  The final redesigns were completed with the purpose of exploring ways to achieve the design goals.

Modifications and changes related to the original building designs and construction methodologies for this senior thesis project are solely the interpretation of Itxel Molinuevo.
